Yuria Makishima, also known as the independent VTuber Ue Kamijou, serves as NGJ’s Acquisition and Marketing Controller. Her experience in streaming, managing an Italian restaurant in Meguro, and planning events shapes her approach to connecting people with content.

At NGJ, she works on game PR, promotion, social media, and event initiatives. She also designs flyers and other promotional materials, bringing hands-on creative production to the way each title is presented.

Her focus is finding ways to connect the intentions of game creators with the interests of players. Drawing on ideas and experience gained on the front line, she helps NGJ’s games reach a wider audience.
